If you are having trouble finding the OEM replacement filter, this universal trim to size filter may be the best option for you. Just use your old filter as a template (or make a template out of cardboard), then cut out the size from your universal new filter (14.75" x 23.5"). Make sure to use existing edges to reduce cuts. Some customers are able to get 2 filters out of the one 14.75 x 23.5 Filter (some may not).
The frame is 1/4" thick, which is specially designed for mini split systems. Please make sure when cutting to be careful and have this done by someone who is handy as it requires a bit of elbow grease. Miss-cuts can result in un-usable filters (which cannot be returned).
